I just split a $300 parts order between FCPG and eEuroparts. Here's my agenda over spring semester break:
Black '91 244 (my daily driver)
- Replace cat-back exhaust system
- Fix rattling heat shields
- Install driver's side rocker trim (FCPG sells the fasteners!)
- Replace timing belt
- Trouble shoot an intermittant short in the wiring somewhere between the speedo/abs signal pickup sensor and the instrument cluster. The speedo only works when it rains!
- Good wash job to remove winter salt
- New alternator brushes
Dark Gray '92 244 (#1 son's car)
- Replace the motor :-( with a spare from one of #1 son's wrecks. Gonna replace the front/rear engine seals and timing belt on the replacement motor.
Silver '88 244 (#2 son's car)
- Replace stripped water pump stud
- Rehab/replace oil trap
- Replace rear crank seal :-(
Maroon '89 244 (#3 son's car)
- Replacement header pipe (salvaged from one of the parts cars)
- Replace tranny (delayed 1-2 shift) with one from a parts car. The replacement tranny needs a tailshaft rehab.
White '91 244 (being driven by #1 son since he blew his engine from lack of oil and coolant)
- Front brake caliper piston seals
- Rear brake pads
- Timing belt
- Heaven only knows what else will be wrong with this car!
I feel so SORRY for myself. If anybody wants to come over for the brick equivalent of a barn-raising, I'm game!

Six bricks, yep, six!
