rust on all 4 disc 200 1989

My 240 wagon has been sitting for about 5 - 6 weeks and today after reading a post about storage where someone advised to leave E-brake (parking) off I went to do just that! I noticed that all four of my discs has a rust "film" on them after sitting so long. (It has rained a few times here.) The car has not been started or moved in those 6 weeks. Should I be concerned about the rust on the disc sitting there for so long and rust under the pads? Or is this not a concern at all? Thanks.
