Rear Brakes Sticking 700 1989

I just did a full brake job on my Volvo 740GL and when I went to test drive it, the rear brakes were sticking pretty bad. I replaced the front calipers, rotors, and pads and that went well. I did the same to the rear and put the same ATE calipers on but they were the next size up (38mm v 36mm) b/c that's all that anybody had in supply. I also put new ceramic pads on. Everything seemed to go in nicely and I used the Haynes manual for guidance. Brakes were bled and that seemed normal as well. I did notice that there was a little more friction in the rear wheels when I spun them by hand, but figured that might be normal, as I've never done rear Volvo brakes. Any tips on what I might have missed or what the culprit could be? Thanks.
