Leaking fuel injectors

Hello,

I just completed replacement of my wiring harness and various vacuum lines. Since I had the intake manifold off I pulled the fuel injectors and sent them to a company for cleaning and testing. I now have the car back together and unfortunately the fuel injectors are leaking at the base where they insert into the manifold. Thinking that the company I sent the injectors to put incorrect o-rings on, I replaced the o-rings again with the same results, 3 out of 4 injectors leaking. I know it should not be necessary but can I use RTV sealant on the o-rings to make these things seal? If not, any ideas why these injectors are leaking? Thanks in advance.
