The Cylinder Head that Might Get Away 200 1990

I was at my local junkyard today and saw what looked like a great cylinder head. It came from a B230FT (1990?). The outside was clean and the odometer showed only 88k miles. The oil seemed new. I didn't see body damage, but the car could have been impounded (ie not in the junkyard for mechanical reasons). What kept me from picking it up was the fact that the engine was tilted into the firewall; it looks like the transmission or cat were taken out. The other problem was rust in the #1 camshaft lobe; someone left the oil cap off and it has been raining here. Should I go back and buy this head as a spare?
