Looking at a 86 240 your input please 200

A coworker of my wife has an 86 240 that he wants rid of. It was running on the way to work and then quit. Got it on a wrecker to his shop off the wrecker and it fired up and ran again. So he tore into it and cant figure it out. It has now been sitting about a year. I looked at the cam and its niceand clean. It has the orange filter of death on it. The paint and dash are shot, but what do you want in the hot SC sun. It has 141k on the eng. Seats are in good shape and glass too. Ok here is the kicker he wants 50.00 for it. So the input I need is some one to back up my thoughts of whats wrong with it.

Pump, Regulator, Realy, Or maybe as simple as a filter. The block is extreamly covered in oil so i know the flame trap has never been serviced corectley. I thought it may be worth playing with and maybe giving it to some one who NEEDS a car, not some one who wants a car.
