Electrical gremlin escalates 700 1987

I posted about my problem with the wipers coming on with the headlight switch a couple of weeks ago. Now, when I turn the turn signal on with the lights on, the wipers will sometimes activate and cannot be turned off with the wiper switch - I have to turn off the lights and then the wipers turn off.

Anyone have any ideas? Even far out stuff would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
