Trans. Fluid Drain Question S90-V90

You will not get a precise answer. There are too many variables: How hot was the fluid?, are you willing to let it drain for over an hour?, Is the car on level ground?, was it full before hand?, Howhot was the fluid when it was drained?, etc. Buy three to four quarts and let it drain. The torque conerter will hold about 5 quarts but it will never drain. The only way is to drain it refill with two quarts and then let the car run until the fluid is hot and check the stick. Unless you have Xray vision and can see how high it is in the pan and then have amazong math skills to figure out the volume you will never know. It doesn't matter how mauch came out either as it matters how much is inside.
