no start problem solved - sort of - NEVER USE THE JUMP START on a charger 200 1987

I think I figured out what happened. The jetronic box is buzzing like crazy. My brother swears he smells a burnt odor comming from it when I'm turning trying to start it. The car cranks over. I get spark, but no fuel. This all happened after I used the jump start mode on my battery charger to try to start it last month. The car ran perfect before the battery went dead. I let it sit for 3 months and the battery just died. I put in a new battery, replaced all of the fuses including the one in the engine compartment, but still no fuel to the motor. I event added 5 gallons of fresh gas.
