Air Conditioner Compressor Siezure 200

Have an 88 and 90 240. Air Conditioners were converted to 134 and Freeze 12 respectively. Both were running good past summer in New Orleans. This past couple of weeks both compressors were turned on as winter was getting muggy, and both compressors froze up. Checked and had not lost charge. I was moving pretty fast about 80 mph. Anyone have any similar experiences or ideas. Will repair but not sure if I should do something different? Was thinking about using the Volve 134 OEM upgrade (new throttle valve-evaporator).

Suggestions or thoughts?
