looks like oil in the radiator overflow tank 700 1989

My 745 turbo is using antifreeze, some of it is leaking from the gasket around the water pump gasket, I' not sure where else it is going but, As I was topping off the overflow tank last week I noticed a black liquid that seperated out from the green. I asked the fellow who works on my car and he said it might be that my head gasket is leaking or it might be related to the turbo but he was not sure. Any thoughts?
