Yes, it's a bit closer to a bolt in than is a V8, but it requires a modest amount of fabrication.

If you ever wanted to have 300 hp under the hood of a PV, it would probably be cheaper to do it with largely stock OHC turbo motors. If you aren't going for lots of HP, not much point in putting an OHC in there.
