This pictures tells me a lot about the car's mechanical condition. Clutch and brake probably wobble and are unsafe, return spring hanging loose, rusted structural parts, just coated with POR-15. There seems to be no POR prep work since the rust is showing through and it's a sloppy job at that. What's that thing hanging from the drain plug? I see lots of rust and that really scares me. Is Edgewater, Maryland still in the "rust belt"? Maybe he/she has a shill bidder out there? Who knows?
