quick question about turbo lh 2.2 wiring 700

Hey guys I have a quick question about a mystery plug I have on my wiring harness I am going to be using on my turbo 240 which I am converting to LH 2.2. The guy I bought it from labeled everything and its all good except this plug that he called 'coolant temp starter.'

It consists of two wires, orange and red/yellow which fit into the gray plug which can actually accept 4 wires which I thought was a little weird. Someone suggested it was the radio suppression relay but thats on the other end of the harness and has the + and - coil wires connecting to it as well as more. On the harness it is closest to the TPS pigtail and starter spade terminal wire but about a foot away closer to the exhaust side. So to me that would mean around the distributor on the 700 series turbo cars but I looked at this wiring harness and can't seem to find it:

Granted I am not that great with wiring diagrams so theres a possibility it is there and I am just not seeing it!

Thanks.
