740 GL Sticky Brakes

Ok, I posted about this a few weeks ago and am just getting back to the project. I did a full rear/front brake job--rotors, calipers, pads. I broke the new ceramic pads in as directed and even adjusted the p-brake. During my test drives, I noticed one of the rear brakes is grabbing. It happens just after a rapid deceleration. At the peak of the braking, I'll feel a pulsating grab. Then, the brake will take a sec or two to unlock when I try to accelerate. All the components are new except the brake lines. Is it possible I bought a bad caliper? What are odds the brake lines are bad? Any tips for troubleshooting before I go out and buy new lines? Thanks.
