My tailgate door seal is pretty huffed where can I get a new one? 200 1993

the cheapest one I could find at the dealers is $173 ... almost 1/4 of what the car is worth... but it's allowing water into the inside of the seal which then drifts into my tailgate...

and I don't want another rusty tailgate!

is there a better source for an odd part like this?

the junkyard ones I've found are usually pretty old and tired so I'd like to get a new one if I can for a reasonable price.
