Headlight visors were a VW thing but they fit perfect in the
122 headlight trim rings!!!
I searched a set down from this guy on ebay. He was great to
deal with and he does also have the mesh headlight grills.

I picked up a near perfect override bar from someone here on the forum
that found a car in a junkyard in FL and was willing to part it out
for very reasonable prices! (Thanks Balu!)
I am going to install it on my son's 122 sedan!

Just gotta do some deep searching and you will find them.
