no start 245 '88 200

3 week back i went to the garage and my 245 acted like it was going to start but didn't. i thought it flooded itself. i had not touched the gas peddle.
hours and days later i would not start, just cranks over. good battery.

i have spark at the plugs. timing belt was not broke but i thought it might have jumpped a tooth so i replacedd it. the T-belt had 60k miles on it.
it has new plugs, wires, cap & rotor.

jumpped fuel relay and i hear both pumps. fuel is in the tank.

disconnected AMM, no start

put a shot of starting fluid in behind the air filter. it doesnt even kick then. tried the starting fluid before i changed the T-belt too.
I am open to suggestions?????????
