engine upgrade- rebuild vs. supercharging 120-130 1967

I'm going to upgrade my B20 and am looking for advice from the collective experience out there. I have a solid, strong engine that I have not been into since I bought the 122 several years ago. I would, however, like to take advantage of what's out there to to make it a REAL strong runner, although I will not be racing it, but cruising mountain highways. I've read over the years of the various approaches people have taken, some building normally aspirated motors and others the v-performance supercharging package. What are the pluses and minuses of these choices? My compression is even in all cylinders at about 150 psi, 4:10 rear end. Thank you, Mac
