Electrical issues, Gas Gauge is imtermittent, no high beams, no intermittent wipers 900 1993

After taking a road reflector into the gas tank, and having it replaced, my gas gauge can't be trusted. It seemed to work alright before a road reflector kicked up by a snowplow punctured the the tank and I had the tank replaced. After it was replaced, one night it was reading 1/4 tank and it ran out of gas on me.

Also, sometimes the needle will just drop down to empty while there is gas in it. Occasionally, if I hit the dash, it will start working again, but not always which may indicate a bad connection at the gauge. Bad connection at the sendre? But that would not explain why it ran out on me while reading 1/4 tank?

Also, the brights have not worked since I have had the car. Relay? 1993 940 turbo.

And, the intermittent wipe feature has never worked.
