What brand front rotors/pads and where to buy for 940 front brakes

I prefer to run factory pads and ATE rotors. The best combination would be factory/factory but I have had no problems with the ATE rotors. Some folks swear by Brembos but my experience with them has been abismal at best and I would not put them on a customer's car. I like PBR pads as they last a long time but they can often times have noise issues. I will use them if a customer requests them but I have them sign off on the noise issue. I like the factory stuff not only because it is the best stuff but I have the best results with them. They last long enough and they are the quietest in my experience. They do tend to dust the wheels more than some other brands but you have to give to get and as a rule the softer the pad the worse the dusting but they tend to be quieter and the harder pads last longer, don't dust as bad, but often times have noise/grinding issues. Nothing last longer than a brake job done with cheap, substandard parts.
