Fix for Power Windows Binding? 200 1992

Do you mean the rubber pieces that are at the very base of the window? As in one "stip" is attached to the door panel and the other to the actual door?

I've read in the FAQ's that lubricating the window guides, making sure the regulator mechanism is well lubed and making sure all bolts are tight will also make for a smooth running power window. Should I try this approach first?

I've noticed that when the driver's window goes down, the "scraper strip" on the inside tends to fold in on itself, suggesting that this might be part of the problem. How do you remove that strip off of the door panel? And I'm not quite clear on how you remove the strip from the door side from your last post.

Thanks by the way for your help!
