problem with unwanted vibration ,Wagon automatic 200 1990

hello fellow brickboarders, I am looking for ideas to get rid of vibration in the 90 wagon, it vibrates when the car is in drive and the brake is on. The vibration and noise comes from the back of the car under the rear seat area. I had my wife get in and I looked under the car and I did see the exaust system was shaking more than I have seen before . Does anyone have some ideas ??? Thanks for any imput Rich
