89 245 windows 200 1989

Hi All,

The windows on my 89 245 died a few months ago. Since it's getting warmer out I need to take it in to get it fixed, and since I hate seeming like a dummy at the mechanics I thought I'd get all of your opinions of what could be the cause.
Here's what happened: initially all the windows would work if operated from the individual door, but not from the master panel on the driver's side door. The problem was very intermittent and then one day they all just died - none of the windows will work at all now. The fuse looks fine (but old), and I'm going to change it out tonight just to make sure. Could this be a relay problem? If so, since it's in the dash, is it a time consuming (i.e., expensive) thing to replace? Any hints would be appreciated. Since the problem seemed to start with the driver's side controls, could the problem be with that panel, which is now disrupting the entire system?

Thanks!
