Check Engine Light - Rough idle and poor fuel consumption 200 1989

I have an 89-240 DL sedan (160K miles). Check engine light came on. Checked diagnostic codes and get 1-1-3 (Fault in fuel injectors), 2-2-1 (fuels system compensating for extremely rich or extremely lean running condition at cruise), and 2-3-1 (similar to 2-2-1). The following has been done; fuel injector/throttle body cleaned (at dealer), Air Mass Meter replaced, PCV valve replaced, new spark plugs. After the AMM and PCV valve were replaced it ran fine for approx. 200 miles. Check engine light came on again (poor idle, hesitation, and poor fuel consumption again). I'm thinking O2 sensor (was replaced at 100K)or fuel injector (any idea to pinpoint injector). Any ideas?
Thanks!
