new shocks and struts on a volvo 240 sadan 200

its getting time for new shocks on my lovly 240 sadan but I also think the springs in the rear need to be replaced becaouse it sags alot on the rear, but should I replaced the front shocks too. and how would I go about doing this. I have somewhat of an idea on how to change the rear but no idea how to do the front on a 240. could someone please walk me though this. thank you
