SU Mixture Setting 120-130

Did you go thru the proccedure of installing the jets, i am about to set about doing this and only have the general books to go by. Are there any tricks i should know about in centering, adjusting fuel level, adjusting the choke, adjusting the mixture. I know this is a pretty broad question, but i figure that there has got to be tons of stuff one learns after playing with these things for a while. I've got the weber deal on my running 64, this is for the soon to be running 63, twin HS6s,i think it is about last section of engine work i have to do, then i get to start on the suspension, yippeee!
