low compression- re-ring? 140-160

so i did some compression test on the 145 today.
cyl 1 140
cyl 2 125
cyl 3 140
cyl 4 140

i had done a compression test a couple of weeks ago and got different results. the car had been sitting for almosta year. maybe driven once a month.
last results

cyl 1 140
cyl 2 130
cyl 3 140
cyl 4 130

seem s like it got better in cyl 4 and worse in 2.
the compression is soposed to be between 170-200.

should i re-ring the engine?
i blew a head gasket on the car a couple of years ago and when i went to replace it the cylinder walls looked fine. i'm figuring that getting colant into the cylinders helped kill the rings.

if i re ring it can i reuse the bearings? the oil pressure is still real good. 4.5 bar cold and 3.5 hot.
