Broken support arm bolt '64 120-130

Sorry, i thought i metioned that it is a 63 122 2-door, with the older style rear suspension. the support arm is pressed steel that ends at the body, in front of the axle, with one threaded bolt, washers and bushings, but at the axle there is a top parts that wraps the top of the axle with two bolts coming down. the second part just couples around the lower side of the axle and is held on by the two bolts. One of these broke and i can't get it out to thread in a new post( is that what thier called?) anyway it looks like they should come out, but what do i know?

Has anyone done this?

A new one is like 60 bucks plus shipping....OUCH!
