tools front end disassembly 444-544

I'm making some progress with front-end dissassembly. I still need to figure out a way to get the steering arm ball-joints loose from the arm that attaches to the spindles. I've tried the generic 'pickle fork' approach, even using an impact hammer but with no success. One of the spindles is going to a shop for a new king-pin; I'll get that one taken care of there. But I have no reason to take apart the other side so I'd like to get that one to loosen up where it is. Any suggestions for the appropriate tool appreciated.

Thanks again.
