Blown head gasket on my 1991 940SE

The car has 245K Miles but last week in the big rains the car lost its coolant due to a worn out clamp/hose. The coolant dumped and then overheated into the red for a few minutes before I stopped the engine.
Repaired the coolant system and temp. valve but there is a blown head gasket between Cylinder 2 and 3.
My question is ... In order to get something (anything ) of value from this on the market, how should I sell this? Drop a new engine in to get some money out ?
