Second update !! 200

I shook the car to check if there was fuel in it
& it was empty. I put fresh 2 1/2 gallons of gas in.
The fuel pump was replaced and only has about 1k on it.
As for the black smoke it doesnt really do it at idle to bad.
more when I press the gas it gushes! I called my volvo buddy
who is a mechanic and he said to pull the amm wire and run it
see if the black smoke goes away..I will check that first thing
in the morning. The last owner said that the black smoke was
happinging when she parked it three years ago and that it was
running really rich and that it failed california smog (gross polluter)
Also im going to check the fuel pressure regulator tomorrow too.
Would a vacuume leak cause this? fouled Cat? leaking injectors?
Do I run unlit propain along each injector and vaccume line for leaks?
