Ding Ding Ding Bell on 86 Brick 200 1986

I'm going crazy with the ding ding ding bell of the 86 Brick I just inherited. Is there any relatively straightforward way to disable that dang bell the goes off for every reason under the sun? I could love a chime that came on only if I did something really dumb, like left my parking lights on with key out of the ignition, but the multitude of sins that my Brick tries to warn me about are just really annoying!
