90 wagon for $350 200

There's a local wagon for sale, a 1990 with 200+K, auto, owner claims it has no rust, but needs a fuel pump and does not run. If it were a 5-speed I'd buy it in a second, but for only $350, can you go wrong? How much will a new fuel pump (aren't there 2?)/labor run?
