power seat problem, various electrical, seat removal 900 1991

I have a 91 940 turbo wagon blowing the power seat fuse. The forward/back switch is floppy (broken spring?). I have the control panel out but can't get into it to see if the switch is fixable. I wonder if replacing the panel is going to fix the fuse issue or if I have another problem (seat motor, electrical?)

I have the seat bolts loose in the front but I can't even see the back bolts. Seat is stuck all the way back. Is there a bypass to move the seat without the motor so I can get it out to see what is going on?

The fuse for (cruise, Overdrive, backup lights) also blows. There is an up arrow light pointing to the turbo glowing continuously on the dash which I am told is the overdrive light. Is this because of the fuse issue or is the fuse because of a problem with overdrive?

One brake light and the left turn signal burned out again the day after I changed the bulbs. The cigarette lighter doesn't work.
