Sensative Horn 200 1990

My horn has become very sensative.

No, I'm not being fresh. Since I got my 240 over 2 years ago, I've noticed that I could beep the horn by pulling on the top of the steering wheel, or pushing on the bottom (not that I've made a common practice of this; I don't want to make the problem worse). It seem worse in cold weather, but it's never been so bad that it was a problem. Famous last words, right? Usually followed by "until today."

Suggestions?
