Best Tires for My 82' 245 200 1982

It's about time for some new rubber on the old 245. I mainly drive around town with some highway driving. I will be towing a 1000-pound trailer on occasion and am planning on stiffening up the rear end so I can haul more stuff in the rear of the wagon without sagging.

Since I live in Georgia, I seldom have to worry about snow/ice, but we do get a lot of rain in the Winter usually.

This thing isn't a race car and I tend to drive like an old man than a teenager.

What would be the best tires for this car? I want to buy quality, but don't want to spend $500 either.
