Cloudy windshield 200

Cloudiness is usually due to moisture getting between the two panes of glass making up the laminated windshield.

I've rarely seen it on a factory windshield, but I don't see a ton of 91-92-93 cars in general.

If it's intruding on the field of view, there could be a warranty available from the installer (if it's a replacement). Your glass coverage may apply to it as well, if you carry a rider for that on your car insurance.

Otherwise it should just be replaced. For private sales, i.e. not insurance claim jobs, many glass shops offer quite reasonable prices. Call around.
