power window regulator

I have a 91 940 turbo wagon with a passenger rear window problem. I opened up the door panel and found a clip that had popped off. After getting everything back in position I have two issues.

The glass won't fit securely into the channel that holds it on the regulator. The cushioning is old and funky and broken and it just pulls right out.

The channel bar that the glass fits into is loose and will move side to side popping out of the track. I can push it back into place with my fingers but it comes right back out when I move the window up and down.

I have a chiltons book but there is only a small paragraph that doesn't give many clues and a diagram that refers to bolts to tighten that I can't find. I'm just getting really greasy digging around back there.

Any help is appreciated.
