New (used) 244 headliner into old 242, will it fit? 200

Hi all, I need some advice from someone who knows the dimensions of these cars, can I replace my '81 242's saggy headliner with one of them newfangled plastic ones from the later 244s? Also, I want to replace the rotten quarter panels on this car, do I need to find a 242 donor (not bloody likely) or will a 244 work?
