Power seat, driver side, not working S90-V90 1998

Driver's seat won't move forward or backwards anymore, evenly. The left side moves a bit but the right side won't budge. My buddy thinks it's either money in the track or the cable is shot.

Need some advice on how to take out the seat. I know there are four bolts, two front and two back. Need help on how to get the back two bolts off since the seat is all the way back.
