b230f turbo 200 1989

I was wondering how difficult it would be to add a turbo to my b230f engine.
I have read that I would need the bigger injectors, but would I also need a different computer, or would the existing one work fine. Also, I think I have the low compression engine, wich would help, but is that a factor at all?.
I figured that bolting on a turbo would be cheaper and more fuel efficient than trying to stuff a V8 into the front end. (besides, I've heard that the turbo bricks would wipe the floor with camaros and mustangs on the track anyway.
Thanks for the help.
