The timing belt with marks when new is only useful as an aid in setting up the timing initially. In answer to your question, your timing belt has 123 cogs and your cam gear has 38 and your crank gear has 19. Do the math. Once the timing is correctly set and the engine is turned the next time that the mark on the belt and the mark on the cam gear will lineup will be after 4674 cogs = 41 revolutions of the timing belt, 123 revolutions of the cam gear, and 246 revolutions of the engine. In other words it is virtually useless to look at the marks on the belt once the engine is turned. Forget the marks on the belt and just use the engine alignment marks.
