As per the title...
So the seats are out (seat spring repair complete), carpets are all out, foam/rubber soundproofing is all out.
Question: I recall years ago having read that the foul smell in our cars as they age is due to decayed foam insulation in the floor.
This is one reason why I began this job. So do I replace the foam/rubber with what? I've never seen this product in the stores, likely I will easily find foam underlayment (like in household use) but it will not have rubber. Any words of wisdom?
As all jobs, we take the opportunity to do things efficiently, so the lower motor is being redone, the heater control valve, and I might need a heater core replacement, my occasional dissapering coolant might be related to the slimy wetness on the floor, absorbed by the foam... what a mess, I 'll see.
Someone had written a nice writeup of the blower motor replacement on a web page. Does anyone have the link to it?

P.S. A recent post of mine was asking about headlamp replacement to the e-code lenses from DJ auto. A lot of individual suggested I stick with originals even used instead due to the perception of poor quality in aftermarket. Well let me tell you, they're on the car, including the bi-color flashers, and the front end look and the amount of light with plasma bulbs rocks! :) I will post a pic as soon as I can.
