Thanks. How about installing a system from a 91 in my 90. Anyone done this?

If you have a wagon, the upgrade evaporator and expansion valve are a real help, on a 244 I've had good luck without the fancy kit, they do cool better with it, but the interrior of the 244 is smaller and the headliner has a bit more insulation quality to it so the original does a decent job, especially if you already put an electric fan on it

If you don't put the upgrade evaporator in, it's still a good idea to open up the case on the passenger side and clean all the old leaves and pine needles and other crud off the old one,if it has a heavy film on it, pickup a can of coil cleaner from a heat and air supply, and spray the evaporator down ( put some absorbant depends type mats under the evap case to catch the residue) it will help performance. The evap is in a low spot so everything over the years will gather there.
