Thanks. How about installing a system from a 91 in my 90. Anyone done this?

You're really putting me on the right track. Seems all left to do is order the compressor and do a little cleaning while Im waiting for it to arrive. I wasnt looking foward to installing the evaporator, You've talked me out of it. Trying to hold down cost as well.
