Suspension mounting bracket 200 1986

While having some other work done on my 86 240 s/w, I found out a bolt from the rear mounting bracket on the left lower control arm was missing. The other bolt had loosened. I plan on replacing this. My question is: is the frame threaded or does it have a nut mounted inside of it? If not how do you get a nut inside the frame? What size bolt is it? Thanks in advance for any help.
