Chris,

With 94k on the original fluid it probably has a chocolate brown color. I would recommend home flushing with a good quality dino ATF first and leave that in for 2-3K miles. Then reflush with M1 ATF. The dino flush will clean out more of the contaminants and you can flush that away so your new M1 will stay cleaner longer.
