Where to go for replacement Turbo (Mitsu. TD-04) 900 1993

Hello
I have 1993 945 Turbo whos Turbo puked. I took it off (Mitsubishi TD-04) and it has over 3/8" of play in the bearings. It was quite a smoke show driving her home! I got a price of $450 for a replacement and $63 for the Oil Tube from East Coast Turbo. Does this sound like a decent deal? Where would/have you gone for a replacement?
