For example,

PLT is in Pasadena (TX) (way east-southeast Houston) and works in Sugar Land (way southwest).

I am near Cypress, way northwest of Houston.

bcg is in the Sugar Land area.

Snootfull is in the College Station area,

Dick R. is near College Station.

Clamster is somewhere around here.


Reason? For at least one time, it would be an enjoyable gathering to see who we are. Show off your beautiful brick, if you like. (I don't, it's ugly).

So far the middle of downtown Houston lookls like a central location, geographically. Maybe a better one insofar as drive time and routes? On the beltway? Remember to think about parking. Is there still a "Steak & Ale" on US 290 just out from Loop 610? They had a private room.

Bring a camera, a pic of a "bricked over" parking lot might be a hoot.

Lets have some fun.

Bring a business card, or some such, from your best indie shop and J-yards. Organize a junk-yard jaunt, better results (more fun) with two or three of us looking. Maybe a pic or two of the Volvo(s) that you own but left at home.
